These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the medical billing and revenue cycle management (“RCM”) services provided by RCMEasy (“RCMEasy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging RCMEasy’s services, accessing our website, or otherwise doing business with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing an engagement agreement with RCMEasy, submitting a request for services, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or this website.

2. Description of Services

RCMEasy provides medical billing and revenue cycle management services to healthcare practices, which may include claims submission, denial management and appeals, payment posting, reporting, and related administrative support. The specific scope of services provided to a given client is defined in that client’s separate signed services agreement, which takes precedence over this general description in the event of any conflict.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for RCMEasy to perform billing and RCM services, including documentation needed to support claims. Delays or inaccuracies in information provided by the client may affect claim outcomes and are outside RCMEasy’s control.

4. Confidentiality and Protected Health Information

In the course of providing services, RCMEasy may access Protected Health Information (“PHI”) on behalf of client practices. Handling of PHI, and RCMEasy’s obligations as a HIPAA Business Associate, are governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) entered into with each client, not by these Terms. Where these Terms and a client’s BAA conflict on the handling of PHI, the BAA controls. [Additional confidentiality and data-security commitments to be specified following legal review.]

5. Fees and Billing

Fees for RCMEasy’s services are set out in each client’s individual services agreement and are not published on this website. [Standard payment terms, invoicing cadence, and late-payment provisions to be specified following legal review.]

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RCMEasy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use RCMEasy’s trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

[Specific limitation-of-liability language, including any liability caps and exclusions, to be specified following legal review. Any such provisions will also be reflected in individual client services agreements.]

8. Term and Termination

The term of services and the conditions under which either party may terminate an engagement are set out in each client’s individual services agreement. [General termination provisions applicable to this website and these Terms to be specified following legal review.]

9. Governing Law

[Governing state/jurisdiction to be specified following legal review.]

10. Changes to These Terms

RCMEasy may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated separately in accordance with each client’s services agreement.
